Use of the site

You can play the puzzles on this site for free. No account is needed.

Accounts

An account is optional. It uses your email address and keeps your progress in sync between this site and the Jigsaw app. Use an email address that you control. You can delete your account at any time on the Account page or in the app.

Custom puzzles

Use only pictures that you have the right to use. A custom puzzle is a link to a picture on its own website. Our server gets the picture when a player opens the puzzle, and keeps it in memory for at most 1 hour.

If a custom puzzle uses your picture without your permission, send an email with the puzzle link to support@shansu.com.

Multiplayer games

The other players in a game see your nickname. Choose a nickname that does not offend other people.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. Solo progress is stored in your browser and is lost if site data is deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Significant changes will be posted on this page and in our site news.
