Where is my progress saved?

Your 10 most recent unfinished solo puzzles are saved in this browser. Find them under Continue your puzzle on the home page. Older saves are removed as you play more puzzles.

Clearing site data removes these saves. Private browsing may remove them when you close the window.

For a backup or another device, choose Save puzzle to a file… in the menu, then use Open saved puzzle to load it.

Multiplayer progress is saved on our server. Keep the game link to return; games expire after 30 days of inactivity.

How do I delete saved progress?

On the home page, select × beside an unfinished puzzle, then confirm. To delete all solo progress in this browser, press Shift+D in the player.

This does not delete photos or multiplayer games.

Why do the pieces look wrong?

Rotation may be on. Use the mouse wheel or arrow keys over a piece to turn it. On touch screens, tap a piece to select it, then tap again to rotate.

In solo play, choose Menu → Puzzle settings → Rotate to turn rotation off. Multiplayer settings are fixed when the game starts.

How does Preview work?

Select Preview for a faint, full-size guide beneath the pieces, or hold B to show it briefly. The guide stays centered.

Mystery puzzles show only a partial reference or no preview.

How do I turn the sound back on?

Choose Unmute in the player menu. If sound is still off, check your browser tab and device volume.

How do I make the pieces larger?

Use Full screen or choose fewer pieces. Changing the piece count restarts a solo puzzle. The player has no board zoom.

Why are pieces moving slowly?

Try fewer pieces, close other busy tabs, and use an up-to-date browser. Check that graphics acceleration is enabled in your browser settings.

When do new puzzles open?

Scheduled daily puzzles, bonus puzzles, and editor’s picks open at midnight in your local time.

Friday’s bonus is a mystery puzzle. Its full preview becomes available the following Friday.
